The activity schedule for AP EAMCET 2019 has been released by the authorities of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU). The application form for the exam will be available in online mode, and the exam is scheduled to be held from April 20 to April 23. For the agriculture stream, the exam will be held from April 23 to 24.

Eligibility Criteria for AP EAMCET 2019
To appear for the AP EAMCET exam, a candidate must fulfill the below-mentioned criteria laid down by the JNTU Kakinada.
- Candidate should be an Indian National or the Persons of Indian Origin/ Overseas Citizen of India.
- Candidate must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana state.
- Candidate should have passed 12th standard or equivalent from a recognized board, or either should be appearing.
- To appear in the engineering exam, a candidate must have 10+2 with mathematics, physics, and chemistry as compulsory subjects
- To appear for Agriculture and Medical, the candidate must have Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
AP EAMCET Exam Pattern 2019
AP EAMCET exam 2019 will be conducted in an online mode. There will be three sections for each subject, i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology. A total of 160 questions will be there in the exam. Each question consists of 1 mark. There is no negative marking in the paper which means you can do the guesswork and mark the answers you don’t know. The paper is a multiple choice based. It means each question has four options out of which only one answer is correct.
AP EAMCET Exam Pattern for Engineering
The duration of the exam is 3 hours, i.e. 180 minutes for 160 questions. This means that the student must be quick and precise in solving the question paper. It must be noted that once the exam starts, no extra time will be provided to the student under any circumstances.
The AP EAMCET exam pattern contains the syllabus from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of +2 level. In the AP EAMCET Engineering exam, there will be 80 questions from Mathematics, 40 questions from Physics and 40 from Chemistry.
AP EAMCET Exam Pattern for Agriculture
The Agriculture exam will also be of 3 hours and will have 160 questions. The exam pattern for AP EAMCET agriculture exam is almost the same as that of the AP EAMCET Engineering exam. In this, there will be 80 questions from the stream of Biology/ Zoology, 40 questions from Physics and 40 from Chemistry. This is also a multiple choice base exam, and no negative marking is there in the exam. Each right answer will be compensated with one mark.
