But the vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage or tomato should be avoided in hyperacidity condition.
Red meat should always be avoided. Instead, chicken is the more preferable option.
Consuming alcohol must have completely refrained. And never a single piece of cigarette is to be smoked.
One should drink plenty of fresh water in a day and adopting a regular morning walk is extremely helpful in overcoming the symptoms of hyperactivity.
