One must stop having all kinds of fast foods like pizza, larger, pastry, parties, sandwich, carbonated drinks, etc. Desserts like cakes, chocolates, etc. should be avoided as much as possible.

The main diet like lunch or dinner should be taken in proper time. The menu must be including cereals, fresh vegetables, fresh fishes, etc.

But the vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage or tomato should be avoided in hyperacidity condition.

Red meat should always be avoided. Instead, chicken is the more preferable option.

Consuming alcohol must have completely refrained. And never a single piece of cigarette is to be smoked.
